The registration fees listed above are valid for the dates October 27–30, 2025, and daily participation requests will not be accepted.
The registration fee includes the following services:
- Submission of up to 4 abstracts
- Access to the e-congress book
- Digital certificate of participation
- VAT (20%) is INCLUDED in the registration fees. Any changes in the VAT rate will be reflected accordingly.
The non-staff student registration fee is valid for all levels of students including undergraduate, graduate, master's, and PhD students.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until June 23, 2025. After this date, only name changes will be allowed.
Participants who will attend without accommodation or who book their accommodation independently (outside of the congress secretariat) are required to pay the external participation fee.
The external participation fee for 4 days is 20,250 TL including 20% VAT. This is sold as a package and cannot be split by day.
What is the External Participation Fee?
In all-inclusive hotels, food and beverage services across all bars and restaurants are provided free of charge during the congress within the hotel concept. Therefore, identity verification is required at hotel entrances. If accommodation is not arranged through the designated agency, the hotel charges an external participation fee to cover these services. Without payment of this fee, access to the congress hotel and congress center will not be granted. The external participation fee applies to all participants and company representatives, regardless of their registration type. Services included in the external participation fee are as follows:
- Valid from October 27 to 30, 2025, between 09:00 – 18:00
- Includes participation in the Republic Ball Gala Dinner
- Includes the hotel’s all-inclusive services, lunches, and coffee breaks
- Includes 20% VAT
The services included in the room rates mentioned above are as follows:
- Hotel accommodations are based on an all-inclusive concept.
- Accommodation fees include VAT (10%) and Accommodation Tax (2%). Any changes in tax rates will be reflected in the prices.
- Hotel check-in is on October 27, 2025 at 14:00, and check-out is on October 30, 2025 at 12:30.
The rates shown in the table are for a 3-night package.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until June 23, 2025. After this date, only name changes will be allowed.

Round-trip transfer fee: 4,800 TL (including 20% VAT).
For guests requesting transfer from Milas Airport to the congress hotel, please provide names and flight details no later than October 10, 2025.
The rate above applies to group transfers on October 27 and 30, 2025 only.
Therefore, billing information is collected during registration, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted after the 7-day period from invoice issuance.
